Hello, I'm Mark Perry, the owner of MTP Architecture + Green Consultants.

Mark Perry, Architect & LEED AP, has been creating healthy environments for over 15 years. He received his BA in Architecture from California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo. After working for a number of award-winning architecture firms Mark Perry began his own practice in 2008 (MTP Architecture + Green Consultants). Since founding his firm Mark has had the opportunity to work on a wide range of contemporary green buildings around the California Bay Area. His determination to vigorously research and assemble project-specific teams of talented consultants has allowed MTP Architecture to work on many diverse project types. Mark Perry has led efforts to breathe new life into historic buildings, and designed more sustainable prototypes for portable classrooms, single family residences, senior housing and affordable housing. He has also completed a number of interior transformations for commercial and hospitality clients that used local, green materials to improve both the aesthetics and the quality of the indoor environment. Mark Perry has a rich variety of hobbies, but his main passion is for architecture and sustainable design. When not sketching out ideas he can be found playing guitar and bass in a variety of bands or softball on the local diamond.
